Hey PH Community, We launched Dialworks in the month of May this year and got a lot of love from the community (ended the day @ 2nd spot). The core objective of the product was to help sales and support leaders train agents quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The product received great reviews (“We have reduced our training period from 30 days to now 7 days,” one of our customers recently emailed us 💚). However, we knew one more thing had to be addressed!
