Let me introduce you to Dependn'.
I first made this app for my addictologist and myself, back when I was trying to cut back on smoking. It really helped me to track my consumption. Plus, it helped my addictologist to understand my smoking behavior as I could add information about context and intensity to each entry. She had originally asked me to note all that info down on paper, which was a real pain: I rarely had paper with me when I was smoking a cigarette. I just couldn't find the right kind of tool to meet my needs, so I decided to make this app.
It's based on the same methodology that addictologists use with any addiction. You can track multiple addictions at the same time, on your iPhone (and Apple Watch if you have one), and share your entries with your doctor who will be able to easily analyze your behavior and to help you.

@tawak_m Thanks, the app helps your doctor to get a clear understanding of your behavior, to give you strong advice based on your habits. then there is motivation, if it’s a strong addiction you need good motivation as well, there is no miracle 🙂 I definitely smoke less and I hope turning 30 in 1 month will be the final kick!
@elsarive Thank for your support 🤗, you can add TouchID at app launch to secure the app and don't let anybody see your data. To do that, you have to enable it from the app settings page
