We help people find their way by working on their self-worth. Deep Breath provides digital & personalized therapy and group sessions to people struggling with anxiety & depression triggered by low self-worth.

After having worked as a consultant and embodying the "insecure overachiever" stereotype fully, I realized that a lot of the issues I struggle with as well as what I saw other people struggle with relate to low self-worth. This is why I've initiated Deep Breath: be confident, be happy :)

@neezarh thanks for the question :) Firstly, we're evidence-based - we use what's been shown to work. Secondly, our program is specifically developed for self-worth issues, fully personalized and uses different therapeutic methods: something that has shown over and over again to be more effective than simply one therapeutic approach. Thirdly, we are a non-profit (or aspire to be) - we are not maximizing our own benefit at your expense: we're here to help. Lastly, the team is awesome, everyone has a story to tell around their own self-esteem history and we care.
