Hello PH hunters and makers! šŸ‘‹ We are Maria & Stu, co-founders of DataQA. We both come from a coding background and have come together to fix a problem we've experienced. Developers live on Stack Overflow. However, as useful as SO is, it does not contain knowledge about a company's specific technical processes. In order to get answers to their technical questions, developers try to find answers in their internal technical documentation or they ask questions to their team on Slack. We all know how flaky and difficult to maintain documentation is! We have created a Slack app that turns live Slack technical knowledge into your own version of Stack Overflow. How we differ from other Slack knowledge base apps: šŸ’” Given the nature of tech, a question can have multiple "right" answers. ā“ We also know that technical questions can hardly be summarised in one-liners most of the time, as context is essential. šŸ† The answers are ranked by how helpful they were to solve a specific problem. We keep track of the team members helping others the most, as collaboration should be rewarded. 🧘 No need to leave Slack or fill in extra fields or modals. Keep your current flow. To install the app, simply head to https://dataqa.ai/. It's free to use. You can also join our Slack community using this link. The app is installed in that workspace so you can see it in action. We will use this community to share news about the product, and talk more broadly about knowledge base systems and productivity on Slack. We want to hear the thoughts and feedback of this amazing community. Please don't hesitate to leave comments šŸ˜‰
