Hello 👋 I'm excited to share dataplots with you all! We're a fairly new startup (3 months old) and wanted to make it super simple for U.S. companies to hire top data talent in Latin America. We handle everything from sourcing, screening, payroll, and compliance, removing all the global hiring headaches for you. I've spent the last 8+ years working in data and analytics, and my Co-Founder is also a data guy living in Argentina. Our goal is to essentially automate this whole process once we find product market fit 📈 🚀 Hope you like it, and happy 2024 ✌️

We screen for English, data tools and finally have candidates walk us through an end-to-end data project where we dive in and ask technical questions. My Co-Founder and I have both worked in data and analytics for many years so we love talking data 🤓
