Writing test data and then writing out the code to consume it is a tedious process. Especially if you need it across multiple programming languages and database(s). Nice, extremely promising DataConstruct

That's a nice idea. I can imagine it would be quite useful thing for testing some big-data analysis platform, if it would have an access to data generation through API.
