Hey PH, I've been doing a weekly assessment for the last 7 years or so, and recently started doing the same thing daily. Every week, I write down all of my *wins* from the past week...not tasks I completed, but rather, all the great things I did (eg: ask a cute girl out, got a PR at the gym, implemented an automatic savings program etc.)
DailyWhoop was built to make it easier to celebrate each "whoop!" moment in your day.
