With all the changes and new realities emerging in the world we at Zappos have been experimenting w/ways to leverage our customer loyalty team to help people. This is one idea of a bunch emerging at Zappos, the purpose of this effort was to be able to leverage a large team of trained service minded people to help w/the plethora of questions people have these days. We have realized that our agents may be best served in these times of change by helping people cope and find answers.
