My name is Sasha! 😻 To celebrate the win of Cultural Fit on the Social Impact category on Product Hunt Makers Festival, I decided to launch it on Product Hunt. 🤔 I've built this product to answer the question: what makes a company culture great? 💼 Corporate culture plays a huge role in the success of businesses. No matter how cool is the product or how challenging is the problems, if the working environment is toxic, the employees will find another job. Business might try using financial motivation, but it's not a secret that is the worst kind of motivation for creative professions. Very cool list. Would be interesting if it allowed people to vote for what companies have specific traits. Any plans of adding something like that?

@kossnocorp Will keep my eye on it for sure. Been thinking of building something similar myself so will be good to get some inspiration from this.

@kossnocorp As someone that has been researching and consulting on company culture for the past 8 years, I dig the start and intention that you have with this. Even with the early results, you can see the major trends. Will def be referencing this as a resource for potential clients. For future versions, I recommend keeping it simple. Most of the folks looking to use this will be short on time even for high value products like this 😃
