When I started in cybersecurity, I quickly realized how broken traditional recruiting was. As I moved up the ranks, I saw the same struggles over and over: inefficient processes, slow hiring, and top talent slipping through the cracks. By the time I became more senior, I had enough. The manual CV screenings, endless interview loops, and outdated methods weren’t cutting it anymore. I knew there had to be a better way. That's why we created Crowdcruit – a platform that lets companies either manage their hiring with powerful tools or fully outsource vetting to a network of seasoned cyber security professionals as freelancers. We’ve streamlined the process, making it faster, smarter, and more reliable. Crowdcruit combines the power of crowdsourcing with smart tech to solve the struggles I faced throughout my career.
