Hi Everyone, A little nervous to say the least, but here we go... Crank CRM is a product that @dhop and I have worked on tirelessly for a long time now. The idea came from building similar platforms for clients and businesses that were trying to solve very specific problems in very specific ways, combining our skills and a strong set of core features we came up with Crank. Crank is a CRM designed for small businesses from the feature set through to the pricing model. Most CRM platforms are overwhelming, clunky, and usually only cover 60% of your business needs. We differ from the get go, each user is charged the same flat rate, no matter how many there are on your team, all of them get Google integrations, Event management, Task management, Contact profiles, notes and more included, then select only the premium features you and your team need, each feature is priced individually. Doing this means you could add the ability to accept payments and combine that with the event management to facilitate paid events, webinars, consultations and more, for example! What's important to us throughout this process is that we allow you as users and businesses to build the platform you need, to gather valuable feedback and to react to it in a meaningful way.
