This platform is quite impressive. It does require some time to get used to, and I personally would appreciate a bit more flexibility. However, I'm currently exploring other options as well. This is the closest thing to a user manual for SMBs navigating the crisis (and the pretty unclear relief programs). Worth a read even if it’s just to make sure you’re covered with communication templates and all the legal clauses your contracts should already have.
