Cover Your SaaS – an homage to Space Invaders and old-school gaming. 🕹 A legion of SaaS invaders is attempting to compromise or delete your data. Your mission is to prevent the cloud from being overtaken. Destroy each group of invaders before your SaaS data is lost forever. 👾 Meet the invaders: ☠️ Disgruntled employees: It may sound crazy but at Rewind, we hear horror stories of past employees (and freelancers) going rogue and deleting files all the time. 👁 Human error: People make mistakes. And boy, can they be costly. 🗂 Cyberattacks and malware: It doesn’t matter if a business is big or small, cybercriminals are on the hunt for SaaS data. 🐛 Software bugs: Third-party app integrations and integrations can cause a world of problems if they aren't vetted and contain bugs. 👉🏼 How to play: The Rewind Boomerang is your main line of defence for protecting your cloud data. Your mission is to shoot as many invaders as possible. You can play on both mobile and desktop. 🌎 What’s this World Backup Day anyway? Glad you asked! Every March 31, people and businesses are invited to take the pledge to protect the data they hold dear. Everyone relies on the cloud these days, especially when it comes to SaaS tools - but the reality is the cloud is not forever. Cover Your SaaS was just a fun way of bringing awareness to all the ways data can get lost or deleted in the cloud. We hope you get a few laughs out of it.
