What do you think? …

Very cool. I look forward to working on an integration to securely gate content. Current solutions allow folks to easily access content by just disabling Javascript.
Michelle Marcelline
Let’s do it!!!☺️
Artur Mkrtchyan
@volkandkaya I assume the same will happen here
Putri Karunia
@volkandkaya We do have an extensive SDK and API which allows for a full OAuth 2.0 integration which is secure. If you make a built-in integration with Versoly, we can use access tokens generated by Cotter to protect Versoly's API endpoints that handles returning page data on the backend.
Volkan Kaya
@putrikarunia we already have a very simple password protection system that works great (serverless) and is secure. If you're able to send a little extra info with the login request we can use that to give access to the logged in user. We're also looking at adding page restriction by multiple subscription tier. The use case would be for free/basic/premium tier content sites.
Putri Karunia
@volkandkaya Make sense, yes we include a JWT token accessible via the SDK whenever a user is logged-in (also returned when the user just successfully log in). Would that work? For multi-tier subscription, if that's handled on your end, you can also add custom claims to the JWT to specify which tier the user is in.

Hey Product Hunt! Michelle, Kevin, Putri, Anthony, and Albert here - excited to share Cotter No-Code Authentication with you! Cotter is the easiest way to add passwordless login to websites built on No-Code website builders like Webflow, Wix, Wordpress, etc. Simply copy a URL and insert it to your Login Button to automatically show a Login Form and start authenticating your users. You can also add the following features: Protected Pages: Only allow logged in users to access protected pages. Restrict Access: Decide who can use your login form: only allow emails from specific domains, etc. Export User Data: Export logged in user data to Google Sheets or other 3rd party apps (Webflow CMS, Airtable, etc.) via Zapier. If you have any questions, come and talk to us on our Slack channel https://askcotter.slack.com/join....

@michelle_marcelline Hi Michelle! Congrats on the launch! Are there any major changes since the previous update?
Michelle Marcelline
Yes! We made it very simple for NoCode builders to integrate authentication to their websites. No code needed ☺️

@michelle_marcelline @aaronoleary Hi Aaron, Michelle's co-founder here. We updated our SDKs and dashboard completely to focus on helping No-code builders add login to their website. All the features that we highlighted in the media are part of our new updates and were not available previously. (We were developer-focused and most of our features, SDKs, and dashboard were very technical and developers had to write their own code in order to achieve the features highlighted above. On the new update, these features are now available through our dashboard and can be done in just a few clicks) Hope this helps!

I think this is a great solution! Will there be a version for use in mobile applications?
Putri Karunia
@alxvok Thanks Alex! You can use our mobile SDKs to add it to your mobile app. We have a React Native, Flutter, iOS, and Android SDK. Let me know if you need any help! Docs: https://docs.cotter.app/
