These will be really helpful for the other users trying to understand better our tool :)
1. The load is balanced between the high-usage users and low-usage users, furthermore we implement multiple technologies in order to improve the chat memory and from the other side reduce the token usage to what is actually needed. We do not cut any of the messages that you send, we send the full messages for the current tasks and the context is not limited. The work done here needed us more than 2 months of improvements and testing with multiple agents and AI technologies, and the tool is returning really great response for the different use cases.
2. Thank you again for telling us that, we do not have any information from google chrome, although we think that possibly this is caused from the fact that we have a high traffic from Italy because of our advertising campaign on TikTok. Furthermore we are a Polish company with Italian team members, although this should not influence what Google Chrome says about the website. I hope that this is not creating any issue during your experience, if it is that case then please reach us and we understand better what's the issue!

@matteo_leo Thanks for explaining. And it suggested me that the page is Italian so I converted it to English which messed up the whole text. After refreshing I realized the original page is in English.
