@renny_chan_convo Congrats on the launch! User Research is such a tough but necessary job. I love the idea of using AI to streamline user interviews and make the whole research process more efficient. I’m curious about a couple of things:
How does the voice AI interviewer handle nuances in tone and context? It seems like understanding those subtleties would be key to capturing rich insights.
For teams focused on continuous research, how do you envision Convo fitting into the mix with other user feedback tools? Would you say it complements or potentially replaces tools that are focused on more quantitative insights?

We are currently capturing an audio recording of the interview itself. With this we are able to analyze these nuances. In fact we are currently working on the ability for us to analyze body language from video in a future release.
I would say that Convo gives you the deep insights of qualitative research at the speed of quantitative research, at the same time, we are able to conduct quantitative research. So, I can see this replacing survey type tools.
