Conva.AI offers two levels of customization options. - One via Magic Studio, where you can configure the use-cases (what we call Capabilities) you want your AI Assistant to handle and how it should respond back (which is basically a JSON output). - Second via our platform specific SDK that makes it super easy to integrate these use-cases into your app and control how the end-user experience should be. We offer a headless SDK and a Copilot SDK that comes with very intuitive UX components that can bring conversational intelligence on top of your existing app's UI. Also our system can flexibly adapt to a wide range of industry requirements. @divy_divya_c thanks for the question and the wishes. Yes. We offer different ways to place guard rails for the AI Assistant. For one, we break down the AI Assistant into a bunch of Capabilities (or agents) that are specific to the app. We have a special built-in Capability (or agent) to explicitly detect and prevent questions that are unrelated to the app and its supported Capabilities.

While we've built the platform to make the AI assistant building experience simple and seamless, platform provides plenty of customisations in terms of parameters, message, conversational attributes, response variety, knowledge grounding, etc. The best thing is you can test all these customisation right in the studio before you update the integration. Wow this is a pretty comprehensive platform for building and maintaining AI assistants. So did I understand correctly that you can just talk to the LLM and it will help you generate prompts to generate all types of agents? Wild! How do you automatically pick the right configuration to run? Love that you have TTS and ASR models in the platform as well - truly omni exp. Congrats on the launch @kumrr and team!

As for picking the right configuration, our platform uses a combination of predefined templates and dynamic adjustments based on the capabilities you specify. This ensures that the AI runs optimally according to the tasks it’s designed to perform, whether it's for TTS, ASR, or any other function.

You can integrate our mobile SDKs in either headless mode or copilot mode, depending on your needs (if you want a full-blown pre-built UI experience, we recommend you try the copilot mode).
