@anna_0x Hi Anna, thanks for your good question! Sure, you can build overviews of contracts in airtable. We´ve always done that with Google Sheets. This works well as long as all relevant details are entered properly. Our experience is that is not always the case, even less when working in organizations where there are several colleagues in charge of managing contracts. Then it can get messy quickly. Therefore ContractHero goes one step further and analyses the data from your contracts directly for you, so you don't have to enter anything yourself. When it detects a notice period and an end date in a contract, ContractHero also creates an automatic reminder to let you know in time so you can cancel/ renegotiate the contract. So the price you pay is not only for the overview but for knowing that your contracts are taken care of and you can relax, knowing that everything is under control :)

@anna_0x @sebastian_wengryn I see! How far does the automatic data extraction go? Is it limited to expiration dates or does it also pick a category and perhaps make a summary of the points in the contract? Also, does it only work for German documents? Your website is only available in German as far as I can tell.

@anna_0x @sebastian_wengryn The extraction is aiming to extract 20+ data fields, from contract partner, start date, end date, notice period, amount to be paid/revenue. There is the option to choose a category but we leave that to the user since this is quite individual (some want to categorize for departments, others for contract types, etc.) It works in German and English. For now :)
