Looks great! Is it possible to customize the widget locally (e.g. changing colors to match the design of the main app)? Or is such a feature planned in the future?

It provides numerous props for custom styles for chat portal and different buttons. It's planned to provide even more liberty in what could be customised. Stay tuned!
