More "enterprise grade" than Upwork or other alternatives. Can handle company style guides and has quality control to ensure consistency across multiple projects/designers.
Pros:ConceptDrop handles all the freelancer hiring/logistics and produces high quality presentations at a reasonable price.
Cons:None
Love how within a few clicks I can get matched to a designer without having to post a "job" and then go review the numerous applicants.
Pros:Way easier to use than Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance design sites. Guaranteed quality on par with professional agencies.
Cons:Pricer than sweatshop businesses or earlier in their career designers, but way cheaper than an agency
