@adam_butter tried out — nice work with defining competitors! Didn't know few names in the nieche and almost got no irrelevant names.
I would say it would be a little easier for me to decide if I want to try paid version if I can have a shot on what analysis I got for at least one competitor. Given the number of AI-wrappers on the market, it's scary to trust solutions in the area to give you valuable insights, not overly generalistic info.
I'm not sure I will buy it for 79$, but I could at least think if it is worth it, if I can have a sample, say for 1 company.
Anyway, great idea and you did first step of the research quite good!
@jo_jo26 Hi Louis, we use multiple different sources of data to crosscheck and ensure the data is accurate. In addition, we manually review some of the outputs to ensure that the reports you get are the best on the market.
Also, if for whatever reason you're not happy with aspects of the report, let us know and we will improve it until you're satisfied.

@adam_butter@kostyabolsh Totally agree. As a marketer, I usually need some tools. But many of them have the same problem. I can't see the effect clearly before I decide to pay.
Maybe you can limit the trial number of the same device and same account.

I just gave it a try and I’m a bit disappointed that the free version only provides a list of competitors. This isn’t valuable to me because I already know them; if it’s not a new business, you will already know your competitors. I would like to see at least one AI overview of a competitor. This way, I can decide whether my own research is not as good compared to what your product provides. That’s why I didn’t proceed to pay.
@anastasiia_stepko Thanks for the feedback! There is a basic AI overview but I understand you'd want to see more information. To process the full report does take some time and ideally we'd like to prioritise the report processing for paying customers. We also have a full money back guarantee if you're not happy with the report too :)
@adam_butter interesting product - I just tried it out! For me (might be a distinct user) but I would love to see at least one detailed competitor overview in my free tier. I sign up - I get to see my competitors (which I already know If I am doing any sort of market validation about my product) - there might be some value there on a free plan but the real meat of this (in my opinion) is to show me the insight that I would be getting by paying for the product and if that is worth the price.
I think by giving free users (who are already half sold) a little more of "what to expect" might go a long way in actually converting more users or prospective customers.
Food for thought - I love the idea and congrats on the launch!
@dzaitzow Hi Daniel, firstly thanks for such detailed feedback. I've been hearing that we need to showcase more of the product so you can see exactly what you're getting and I agree with you.
That's why I'm going to go ahead and build that so that you're more comfortable seeing the value in the product before converting. Once again, appreciate the feedback!
@adam_butter no stress in the slightest - I also think that if you don't want to expose that logic / want to keep it gated you could entertain having a video of end to end / the degree of detail that you're getting as like a demo / sales pitch front and centre. That might also help conversions for those who don't want to get onto the mailing list / sign up ahha.
Something like competitor analysis for Facebook - what those outcomes would look like (I don't think you should do it on yourselves haha) - and have someone walk through what the insights look like in detail - and WHY they add immediate value. Oftentimes when we give folks free reign to a platform - they don't realize all of the value so I think that could also solve some of those immediate conversion hurdles.
@dzaitzow Hey Daniel, that's a great idea actually. Just added a video on the checkout page to showcase the product in more detail. I'm wondering if there needs to be more about the specific user's competitors/report, what do you think?
@adam_butter 1000% I think as much granular detail as you can have on there is going to decrease that cart abandonment. For me that would be the real intel - what are they actually doing and HOW will this data be used to help me when structuring my mailing campaigns / targeted ads / social media strategies etc.
if I (as a prospective buyer) can know how this will help in real actionable ways - that is going to make me think twice. So if you reaffirm with the video (showcasing that stuff) and then with 1 snippet or 1 free profile with everything you'll get. YOU MIGHT get a bunch of users saying oh one competitor is enough but I would assume (no data to support obviously) that most will be willing to pay the $79 to get a whole list of data to curate their strategies.
@dzaitzow Thanks for the feedback, it would definitely be useful to have that and would much more easily showcase the value to users. Going to get back to work to implement this after the launch :)
