Hi guys! The story behind this app is quite simple. Last year, I got my first MacBook and started using Safari as my default browser and I couldn't find the extensions I would normally use as a developer and designer. I wanted an extension that I could use to identify the colors of any website (images or web elements), so I decided to code it myself. The result is "Color Sense for Safari." It's an optimized Safari extension designed to detect any pixel or web element color on any website when using Safari. I hope it can be helpful for many people out there. I've also coded other Safari extensions, such as a font indentifier, a window resizer, a SVG picker, a CSS inspector, and more. You can check them out here: Safari Web Extensions If you have any comments, you can send me an email at: contact@safariwebextensions.com I wish you all the best in your projects and much success!

Hey Alfredo, How does it handle color accuracy across different displays? Do you plan to expand to other browsers? Congrats on the launch!
Alfredo
@kyrylosilin Hi Kyrylo! Thanks for your comment. Yes, it took us a while, but Color Sense is designed to offer high precision across many displays, including Retina displays. As for expanding to other browsers, we currently plan to focus on providing the best experience for Safari users. Safari Web Extensions

Congratulations on the launch! Does this work in Chrome? If not, do you have any plans to support it?
Alfredo
@semanser Hi Andriy! Thanks for your comment. Color Sense is available exclusively for Safari. We chose to focus on Safari because, while there are plenty of free color picker options available for Chrome, there was a lack of such tools for Safari. By filling this gap, we aim to provide Safari users with a robust and user-friendly color picker extension. Safari Web Extensions
