Everyone deserves to have a job they love, so they never have to ‘work’ for another day in their life. That’s what my cycling buddy Vincent and I are aiming for. We enforce both companies and job-seekers to assess the other party based on personality, as that is what determines whether there might be a cultural fit or not.
That’s why we have put personality on the front of the card, and the traditional resume and job ad text on the back. Both parties can swipe the cards they like, and when there is a mutual match we put them in a chat to talk and set up a meeting. Rather than building a native app from the start, we have crafted a web app beta to do a lot of testing. We would love to hear your feedback, so we can further polish the product.
