I live in a busy co-living house, and while the experience of living with others is something I cherish, it can also be messy and disorganized. Anyone who has lived in a shared home will know that managing a home like this can be a part-time job that doesn't pay anything and often doesn't get thanked. That's what I'm out to change. 🎉 Good news! Cobode is now the best way to organize a co-living home to become healthier and more harmonious. 🧠 We are the only app using a system called zone cleaning to intelligently automate your cleaning list. This is a system that takes all the tasks that need doing in your house and spreads them out over a full calendar year, eliminating those pesky "deep cleaning days" and leaving you with a more consistently healthy living space. Cobode even goes one step further, but automatically and equitably splitting up, assigning, and tracking those lists among your roommates, and reminding them if tasks are overdue. With various room templates to choose from, you can onboard in as little as 1 hour! 💛 This is the only app I can find designed exclusively with co-living homes in mind. Our people management tools reflect this, making it 10x easier to welcome and off-board roommates. Add new roommates to generate custom dashboards that aggregate and surface all of their tasks in order of priority.
