@evivz reporting is one part of the app. All reports are "tweets" (format) and @PMOIndia gets tagged in every complaint. We try to print details of genuine issues/reports and send it to their office occasionally (our query is with MoUD currently - PMO reference ID: PMO/PMP/14/00076558

Hi all,
We launched this app in Sep 2014 (few days before Swachh Bharat[Clean India Mission] was launched). The idea was to use capabilities of smartphone and combine it with the power of social media to get things done in the field of 'mobile powered governance'.
We have more than 3000+ crowd-sourced updates (news) on Clean India mission from hundreds of villages, towns and cities across India. An app user can also watch 500+ inspirations/funny videos on Swachh Bharat in the app. We have grown to 25000 users organically and continue to grow ! The app is boot-strapped and we do not take donations or user data or display ads.
This is a crowd-sourced app & its primary job is to map issues faced by common man. This is not an official app although we do send copy of reports to PM office from time to time.
You can read more about each section of the app here: http://slideshare.net/mahekmshah...
