I'm the guy behind this extension. When you install it, you need to go to the filter by selecting the shield on the toolbar. Add any keyword or phrase and tweets will be automatically removed. You need to add #ces if you want them removed :)
It's lightweight and doesn't require you to log into twitter or facebook to work - and we don't track anything.
You can remove Twitter and Facebook ads too. There are a few broken links to support etc. so feel free to drop me a line on twitter or email us info@metacert.com
