Hey ProductHunters! I am Kirill, co-creator of Claimora. Few words about Claimora and why we've built it. πŸ›  There is a new (2020) law in EU πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί that requires all employers to provide β€œan objective, reliable and accessible system” to track working hours of all the employees - and to provide timesheets on request. Besides that, EU has a number of rules around how many hours people can work - for example, there must be 11 hours rest between two work days. At the same time, most of the companies still either don't track time at all, or do it via some ancient paper-based method. πŸ“ We've decided to build the most easy to use, straightforward tool to track working hours digitally. It allows your HR to onboard every employee, assign each a contract and a manager and then let them use the app - there are separate dashboards for managers and their employees, team availability calendar and so on. The tracker itself works on every device and is easy to use. On top of that, of course, we embedded different small automatisations, like transparent over time tracking πŸ˜‘, approvals of vacations 🏝, shifts πŸ• and so on. With the focus on simplicity, we hope Claimora will help more companies to properly track working hours and comply with the law that is targeted at improving the working conditions around EU. For the techies out there πŸ’»: we've built it on Ruby on Rails and run it on Cloud Run - serverless offering from Google Cloud. Happy to share more details on that too, and we also made a video with short tech overview here:
. I'm happy to answer your questions, either about Claimora or just the labor laws in EU :-)

?makers I like the name (Claim + hour & sounds a bit like Claymore sword)

@vasgo I won’t deny, it took us some time to decide if we want to trigger association between time tracking and a sword :D
