I created CheckedOut, because there isn't a good way to give employee feedback that's anonymous and truthful. Some services that do have employee reviews turn into forums where people just bash their company or are encouraged to leave positive reviews of their company by their employers. Both are not useful or actionable, at least for the employers. They may help people stay away from certain companies, but they don't help the companies improve much.
