chatbot map is a feature that was really missing! Great job!

ChatBottle started as a simple chatbot search engine, surfacing new Messenger, Slack, Skype and Telegram bots to the world. Since then its evolved into a powerful discovery tool with advanced (yet not ideal) ranking algorithms. Today we're introducing some additions: 🗺️ Map — If a bot has a location attached it will be automatically added to the World Chatbot Map. Right now we support only Messenger bots, later we'll add Alexa skills. 🏆 Bot of the Day and Bot of the Weeek— Everyday community offers a bot to feature for 24h (Bot of the Week). The bot that gets the biggest number of votes during the week is promoted to Bot of the Week and locked on the landing page for 7 days. 🐵 Emoji Voting— We tried to add some fun to a "classic" voting feature. The chatbot community now can "Upvote using the following buttons: Funny 😀, Helpful 💼, Smart 🤓, Spammy🙉 and Boring 😐. 🎨 New Look & Feel— We completely redesigned the ChatBottle UX, made it a bit more modern, get rid of ugly Font Awesome icons and simply added more colors. Hope you like it. 🌐 Global Rank — We often see people want to see how good a bot is comparing to the other ones. Now you can see the Global Rank available for the best 10,000 bots. ⚙ Ranking Factors — Since the number of bots is growing we keep improving our ranking algorithms. Currently, the position of a bot in search results affect Facebook likes and mentions, Product Hunt comments and upvotes, Emoji Voting, description on ChatBottle (tags, commands, video), submitted and modified date, etc. What's next? We're improving the map, adding more filters to it and an ability to share a link to a specific location, and improving its speed since now it's a bit clunky 🙄. Ideas or questions!? Let us know. 🤗🤗🤗
