Never give your private email away again. CatchMailNot lets you replace your real email address with unlimited custom addresses. Find your busiest aliases using our statistics, then create rules and filters to manage your workflow.
I'm excited to share CatchMailNot.com, an email proxy service to help you take control of your email address.
First, sign up with your real email address. CatchMailNot then gives you the choice between using a free identifier, a whole domain, or using a domain you already own.
Now start using any of your new CatchMailNot email addresses without having to login every time you need a new alias.
You can then do all kinds of things, like -
- reply to an email without using your real email address
- send emails from your alias outright (only on paid domains)
- block aliases or sender domains
- block/forward emails based on wildcard rules
- forward emails to multiple addresses or to a webhook
- find out if your alias was sold using our statistics
- check if your aliases were leaked in credential dumps
Why use CatchMailNot? A few use cases:
* Protect from credential stuffing and make phishing attempts harder.
* Hide your personal email address when you receive or reply to emails.
* Forward certain emails to a webhook.
Thank you for checking us out! If you could leave feedback, positive or negative, I will give you a virtual fist bump.
Really cool idea! I'm doing something similar with a catch-all email address on a domain, but it's a lot more tedious to set up rules or get insights that way in who leaked my email address.
Have you considered creating a Chrome extension that allows to generate these addresses while signing up for services?
@tobiasurff Thank you! The initial idea came from exactly that. We got tired of setting up accounts for every alias to reply to an email.
We are looking into creating an extension and/or app. Users can already create addresses on the fly without signing in. So an extension would have to offer more features.
Hey there, just stopping by to say I love this product and use it a ton. Highly recommend.
Ngl, I saw your Suez Canal project got my upvotes than this, and while that was a great project, it kinda sucks something as great as CatchMailNot didn't get the attention it deserves. But, with that said, keep up the great work!
