Cardviz helps you organize business cards after events by tagging them based on your goals and write follow ups. Just upload cards, and it crawls their websites to match relevance — no more guesswork, no more missed follow-ups.
I’m Varun Gupta from the team at HelpingAI, and we just launched something close to my heart: Cardviz.
A few weeks ago, I attended the biggest startup event in my country with three clear goals: 1️⃣ Meet potential investors 2️⃣ Find early clients 3️⃣ Connect with like-minded founders
Spoiler alert: I failed — not at networking, but at following up 😅
I came back with a pile of cards, no idea who matched what, and their is no way I take time out of my Sunday to manually sort them. So… I built Cardviz — your post-event sidekick that turns cards into connections.
💡 What Cardviz Does: • 📁 Create an event (e.g., “TechCrunch Expo”) and set your goals • 📸 Upload photos of business cards • 🕷️ Cardviz crawls the website on the card, figures out what they actually do • 🏷️ Tags cards with the goals they match • 📧 Write followups according to the matched goals
Everything’s sorted by relevance. No spreadsheets. No scribbles. No “Wait, who was this guy?” moments.
🎯 Built for: • Founders pitching at demo days • Job seekers at career fairs • Sales/BD folks at expos • Anyone with a stack of ambition + confusion
Built from a real problem I faced. Would love your thoughts, ideas, or brutal honesty 🙈

Previously I also think to build around it, because this is common problem for any founder like me who use to attend several industry events, collect bunch of cards and not able to follow up. Great to see that you guys have solved around the good problem statement, I have used the product follow up email is too good, if possible also add follow up on whatsapp/LinkedIn too
