Hello everyone, here is some technical details about the calculation process for nerds;
The calculator mainly works from the energy consumption of the particular webpage during and after content delivery from server to the client device.
It fetches the data from the entered URL, applies various audits, calculates the page load size and calculates the energy consumption depending on the "server location" of the web page served. (Since different countries have different amount of carbon intensity for electricity generation) Additionally the final calculation also counts in the energy used while browsing the page.
