Camphor Property Search

Hey everyone, We started out building this product out of frustration of not being able to filter homes on Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Realtor.com, and really any other site based on custom attributes. For example, if I want to search for a home based on walkability or distance from schools or in neighborhoods with low crime, I can't do that with any of the existing property search engines out there. This is why we launched Camphor! Our belief is that the homebuying experience is highly personal. Every homebuyer is different. Some may be first time buyers, others may be investors, or may looking for a vacation home. Camphor is leveraging LLMs to allow you to write a query in natural language format based on custom preferences. We're operating in public beta so some types of data such as zoning laws/restrictions are still being added in, but we encourage you to try writing a query like "Show me properties in Berkeley, CA between $1M and $1.4M that are in walkable neighborhoods and outside any wildfire danger zones." (Because wildfires are a big problem in northern California!) Our product currently works in the Bay Area, CA and New York City, NY. Appreciate any thoughts folks have on what we're building! :)
