Hi Product Hunt! 👋 @eduards_klavins and I are happy to introduce Burnin! 🔥 I know you might ask about the name - burn(in) is the opposite of burn(out), and our mission is to allow anyone to be burnin! We have experienced burnout ourselves, and as you might know - it sucks! That is why we came up with a solution that allows us to easily measure burnout risk and act in case of emergency. The product is based on a scientifically-backed burnout measurement framework called Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT-12). Burnin app is a Slack bot that you can use when you feel the need to check your risk of burnout. Use it daily, weekly, or monthly - you are in full control. To get started, open the app home tab on Slack and click "Update burnin score".
