Hello Product Hunt!

 We are so glad to be here today, and to present to you BrandBay: a place for all of your brand assets to live so that you can stay organized, work better with your team and clients, and share your work online :)

 BrandBay was built on the simple idea that so many areas of online work today require people to keep track of a lot of files and information - especially for agencies, or designers, and people working with a lot of clients or brands!
 And having one location where you can gain quick access to those files and brand assets can really make a difference when you’re in the middle of a marketing campaign but don’t know where to find the right version of a graphic you need to use, or the right font, or which hex code is on brand, etc.
 So instead of spending time each day messaging back and forth teammates looking for brand assets, we thought there should be a better way...
 Thus BrandBay was launched in 2022 with the goal of being a lightweight way to quickly access all of the assets a team may need from one location: hex codes, logos, fonts, images, videos, design files, and more. But since then, we’ve gone through two successful public launches, and have seen such a great response from the communities who have seen the platform so far - with lots of helpful feedback (a lot of which has been already added to the platform), And the platform has grown A LOT. 

 Now we are past version 2.0 of BrandBay and are looking to see what the Product Hunt community thinks, and how you all could benefit like our 2000+ current users!

 So what is special about BrandBay?
 - BrandBay is completely white-labeled, CNAME custom domain ready for your agency’s own private asset management system for clients - Full permissions inside the platform (and password protection) give you the ability to control who has access to your files in a very simple and secure way - You can share and host individual files, collections of assets, and even entire brands with a wide range of sharing options! - Team collaboration and commenting on assets lets you keep your messaging out of your Slack DM’s and more in-context with your work

Hi BrandBay team, congratulations on the launch! I was looking for a secure and easy way to share branded content for our coaching team. Content support for social media. OneDrive is our internal structure. Despite rights management of share links, I am not happy to let everyone on this structure. Another cloud like googleDrive or Dropbox was just too flat for me. It shouldn't "just" be a storage facility, it should also look nice. Brandbay is the perfect alternative for marketers. I think it's cool and I'm looking forward to more features. Robert

Hey everybody, Dan here from BrandBay (Marketing). I'm very glad to be able to help present BrandBay to you all today! This project started out as something that a few of my colleagues and I were finding as a gap in our workflows (particularly when designing and collaboration on files). It was taking a lot of extra time out of our day and making us pause what we were doing to try to find files, hex codes, etc. and messaging back and forth... And thus the idea for BrandBay came forward. Now seeing where the platform has come is really great and I'm glad to share it all with you here today.
