Hi! I'm Miguel, creator of BrainLink.
As a developer, I have experienced firsthand the issues that many fellow developers suffer when building AI apps. We are forced to include paywalls to support AI costs. Many devs add limited subscriptions, which annoy users and create huge friction, reducing conversion. There is a big segment of AI apps/agents/tools that people are interested in using a few times a month, but not paying a subscription. For these cases, the best alternative is to let users bring their AI and charge per usage. However, the current popular approach of requesting API keys is broken due to many reasons.
I created BrainLink so that users automatically pay for the inference they consume on the apps and developers can monetize based on usage, without paywalls, not even a signup form is required. This removes friction significantly on the user side, bringing more new users to try your app.
Every user has a portable brain that links to the apps with a single click. This brain provides the apps with identity, inference (200+ models available), usage-based monetization, and soon more features that we are adding.
Once a user has a portable brain, they are just one click away from using any app, they don't have to pass extra paywalls or signup forms, just one click on the app.
