Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, video editing and 2D animation pipeline.
Shoutout to Blender, where Animate Anything is already helping artists rig and animate their 3D models. We’re excited for what’s next as we work towards integrating Generate Anything into Blender.
Its powerful, open-source tools for 3D modeling and animation make it accessible for both beginners and professionals, offering extensive capabilities without cost.
Blender has been a real revelation for me in the world of 3D modeling and animation. Its capabilities are astounding, ranging from creating simple models to complex animations and visual effects. The powerful rendering engine is particularly impressive, allowing for high-quality images and videos. The interface can seem daunting for beginners, but over time, I grew accustomed to it and appreciated its flexibility and customizability. The large community and abundance of free tutorials make the learning process more accessible and enjoyable. Blender has become an indispensable tool in my arsenal for game creation, and I am glad I chose it
Blender is a great modeling program—I use it all the time! It’s incredibly versatile. However, I wish the developers would focus more on modeling rather than texturing, sculpting, and geometry nodes, as there are more specialized programs for those tasks.
