I’m excited to share a brand new community, the BizOps Network!
In January, 2021, we officially launched the Chief of Staff Network here on Product Hunt. I wrote about how 2021 would be the year of the Chief of Staff. In less than 12 months our team has built a community of thousands of Chiefs of Staff with nearly 500 Pro Members. Those connections have unlocked incredible dialogs giving members additional clarity in their day-to-day roles and new outlooks on their careers.
One of the most common career paths to & from Chief of Staff is Business Operations. There are a ton of similarities and differences between these roles (more here) and some folks even hold both positions at the same time! One thing I know for certain is that the leaders we’ve met in both positions are uber talented and arguably the world’s top generalists. They hail from a variety of career backgrounds and approach challenges with dynamic perspectives and fearless energy.
Business Operations, like Chief of Staff, is still in its infancy across most companies. We felt this group of leaders should have it’s own dedicated community, learning programs, networking, and career-boosting opportunities. The BizOps Network welcomed it’s first 50 Founding members last month joining from companies like Dropbox, Airtable, Spotify, Apple, Lucid, Zapier, Vestwell and more who are all helping to build this community together.
We’re excited for the future of Business Operations leaders and the opportunity to help them succeed.

Congrats Scott and David, on launching the BizOps Network. I have been in the CoS Network for a couple of months now, and as a 1st time Chief of Staff, the value I've gotten is incredible. Thanks for doing this. Happy to be a member of both networks now.
