OmicsSuite (Omics Suite), a desktop program developed based on Java 11, aims to make new exploration and contribution to the development of bioinformatics, and realize data analysis and visualization in the fields of Multi-Omics.
I’m sure the tools themselves are high-grade, but some of the most problematic programs I deal with at work are the ones built with Java, sorry to tell you.
