Why is a bilingual job board needed?
For companies:
Conventional job boards often rank the languages in a job as secondary. This is much to the frustration of companies, that absolutely require people that speak specific languages.
As a result, companies add the languages they need in the title. But even then, applicants may apply who can't speak the right languages.
For employees:
With an ever-increasing competitive job market, it's important to utilize all of your skills to get the salary you deserve.
Only about 1 in 5 people in the US is bilingual, so if you're one of these - you've just reduced the pool of potential competitors for a given job in the US 5x.
As a result, it's generally easier to find a bilingual job if you have the right language AND work skills.

Hi Florian! This is a great concept. Filtering jobs based on specific languages is a game-changer for both job seekers and employers IMO.
How do you ensure that the job postings and language requirements are accurately matched? Also, are there plans to expand the platform to include more niche language skills in the future?
@kyrylosilin Thank you Kyrylo! I think as the job board gains popularity, both of these concerns become more pressing. For now, I've included filtering for 100+ languages. But given that only a few companies post on the site - few job posts show up for the given languages. :)
