
As a business with occasional API needs, BI Helper's pricing structure was impractical for our use case. While they provided an initial trial, the product feels very much in beta stage - the UX is poorly designed and we experienced multiple billing errors. When approached about creating more flexible pricing options for low-volume users like us, they were unwilling to consider any customer-oriented pricing solutions. This is the type of inflexibility you'd expect from a large, established company, not a startup that needs customers and has so few reviews. The most disappointing aspect was their refusal to acknowledge that their pricing tiers might not accommodate all valid use cases, showing a concerning lack of customer focus for a new market entrant. Unfortunately, due to these issues with pricing inflexibility, unpolished user experience, and billing problems, I cannot recommend BI Helper for businesses with intermittent API needs.
