@masump Great question! Since most of these agents interact with customers, we prioritize maintaining a positive customer relationship. If the AI encounters a complex or unexpected query, it avoids providing a low-confidence answer. Instead, it informs the user that it cannot answer at the moment and will check with the team. The agent’s creator can then review these unanswered or complex questions in the conversation tab on the platform.
