@yafei you are right, it is extremely difficult to calculate labour costs, specifically for all departments and teams. We are currently focusing on * the Recruiting costs for a new hire (including channel costs and the time spent on interviews for different stakeholders, namely Recruiters and Hiring-Managers, as well as Team members, that are part of the interview process). * loss of revenue, due to turnover in the Sales team
