I load a file -- it looks like it is processing but it just stops & nothing is happening. The FAQs don't help in trying to determine the problem. The tutorials start after assuming that you've gotten your files loaded & the transcript has been returned. I can't even get it to produce the manuscript. I'd like to be a current user but it doesn't work for me.
