Thanks a million for hunting us Chris - massively appreciated given your expert insight to conversational interfaces / chat bots et al 👊 Hello Bot Community and non-bot-marketing people :) I'm the creator along with @Kamrul. We've been building chat bots and integrations for Slack, Facebook, HipChat and Skype for a while and have learned a lot over the past 2 years. The Platforms don't provide an easy way to see who's using your bot and then send messages without having to write code. So we built messaging and engagement tools so we could learn for our own bots. We then realized after speaking to other bot developers / owners, that they wanted the same tools and didn't want to build them. So we extended the Platform for everyone building a bot - if you own a bot you can now benefit from having the ability to send marketing/product updates and campaigns to users within 30 seconds instead of wasting a developer's time having to write code. Supports Slack and FB Messenger right now but we're extending to other platforms quickly - let us know your preferred platform please. We're also adding new features all of the time while iterating and improving what you see every day. Think of this as your CRM for all your bots with built-in "Mailchimp for Bots".
