AvenueEasy

The inception of our side project, AvenueEasy, was born out of sheer frustration. My friends and I have spent inordinate amount of time navigating the labyrinth of disorganized Facebook housing groups, manually tracking listings in Google Sheets. Despite the chaos, Facebook groups remain a goldmine for both short and long-term housing inventory, particularly for those on the hunt for roommates. Yet, the lack of order made this resource hard to tap into. Hence, we created this! We are currently scraping data from more than 25 Facebook groups on a daily basis, parsing this wealth of information through GPT. We would love to hear any feedback you might have! We're open to ideas and suggestions on how we can improve and iterate this platform!

Seriously would pay hundreds of dollars to make searching thru fb groups for apartments easier. Really pumped to see this in action. If I can avoid 1 month rent bs agent fees as well... Well then I'd pay a thousand for this. Looking forward to future updates, let's send this AptGpt to the moon
