I was intrigued by the idea of creating a video in just a few minutes, even though I’m not a marketing professional. I registered an account, but to start making videos, it requires a monthly subscription.
From a product management perspective, it seems that you ask for payment upfront before providing any value to the user. It might be beneficial to consider offering a demo option that allows users to experience the process and see the results. Alternatively, providing a full demo video where another user walks through the entire creation process could be helpful as well.
By the way, the "support" button doesn't work.

I agree that a free trial would be good but as you might know, AI video generation is very expensive to run. That unfortunately makes a free trial impossible to pursue.
May I know which support button are you referring to?
I tried the one in the dashboard and the one in the footer of the landing page and they both seem to work.

@ondrej_bartos_ Yes, I realize it's not free for you. Perhaps a detailed demo would be helpful? However, I may not be the target audience, as marketing professionals likely already know what to expect and might not need to see a demo.
You're correct about the support button. I didn't realise it doesn't have a dedicated page, it simply opens the email client in the background.
