Hi Product Hunt 👋 We’re excited to launch our new autodevs. Autodevs are AI powered devs that can generate code on their own. We're having fun making simple UI prototypes with them - and we’re rapidly expanding their capabilities. For now, you can: - Enter a prompt to generate UI prototypes - Iterate on your prototype with refinements - Turn your prototype into a live app anyone can use - Share your app with other builders to let them create their own version - Get the code for your app - Get an instant (human) dev team to build anything more complex (10% off for product hunters who try out autodevs) This is an early beta so we’d love to get your feedback. Feel free to drop us a note here or at founders@create.xyz - what else would you want to build automagically and why? So why'd we build this? Marcus and I started Create to help founders launch apps faster. It’s still too hard to turn a great idea into production software. Hiring engineers takes forever, and once you have a team, you spend 50%+ of your time rebuilding the common features and infra others have already built. Create is an AI powered platform built to solve this. We speed up product creation through code generation for common features and an experienced, vetted dev community for everything else. We’ve helped top startups to ship marketplace apps, SaaS apps, GPT-enabled tools, and internal tools to millions of users, months faster than alternatives. Still, it could always be faster :) Autodevs are our latest way to generate even more of the code - starting with simple prototypes. Dhruv

@dhruvtruth cool to see you accelerating product development with machine learning 👍🏾

@dhruvtruth @chanfest22 Thanks Chandan! Appreciate the kind words

@antonikozelski Thanks Antoni!! We're getting super stoked about how they'll generalize to more from here

@dhruvtruth I'm curious to see how this works! big companies are full on trying to tackle generative UI (Vercel, Figma, Framer etc...) seems like you are one step ahead :) Congrats and good luck on the launch!

@dfeles Competition is a compliment :) On a more real note, in each of those cases (and we love all and use all those tools at Create!), our target customer and focus differ a bit. We want to help the folks that don't know about any of those tools but still have a great idea for a business or product. UI is just the start, but the customer problem is how do I go end to end from what's in my head to something in my customer's hands that's exactly how I want. Integration of all the parts of that process is key.

Very cool, reminds me of v0.dev but with engineer takeover when you're ready. This feels like the true next version of work. Customer works with AI to scope and develop MVP, developers take over to take it to the moon! I'm curious what type of customer feedback you've gotten on the credit pricing system? 🚀
Dhruv Amin
@esus Thanks! That's exactly the idea :) We've found customers have liked the credit pricing system (once they get it!) since things getting shipped is what you really care about vs. hours spent. Still too hard to explain though so more work to do to simplify it and build it into the product

As a founder this would have saved me so much time talking around clunky whiteboarding sessions in the early days. Well, it probably still will save us a ton of time now ha. Can't wait to check this out. Curious, what's been the most unexpected thing a user has built with autodevs?
Dhruv Amin
@gallagherbilly So glad to hear it would have saved you time as a founder! That's the goal. Re app idea: honestly, we keep getting surprised, esp as the Product Hunt community tries it out. Beauty of launching. It's hard to predict what people want to build. I think my personal favorite was someone sent me an app to celebrate my 1st kid's due date - so a living memorial event page like thing dedicated to it. Software is going to get much more personal as generation increase.
