Hi Product Hunt!
Athro's goal is to build a crowdsourced learning map directory for all the free educational content available on the web.
It was prompted by this post by Union Square Ventures, and I couldn't stop thinking about the idea.
What is a learning map?
A learning map is a guide to navigate the vast number of resources available on a topic. It's a guide, by someone who has learned, looked at a lot of videos, blogs, forums, etc, and has now shared the best parts of their learning journey with the world, so no person who comes after them has to go through the entire process of sorting through the mess again.
Example: Here is one I created on learning Git https://athro.co/nshntarora/learning-gitDo I have to be an expert to create a learning map?
No, that's the best part. You don't have to be an expert. You're not teaching a topic here, your goal is to direct people to the best learning resources you have found.
Is it limited to just tech?
No, it's not. You could create maps on any topic, right from learning chess, to bartending, or even Kubernetes. You decide where this goes.
