⌚️ Track your Recovery, Exertion, Effort, Energy, HRV, Sleep, and much more with your Apple Watch. 💪 Athlytic uses data from Apple Health to provide customized coaching of training load based on recovery, as well as iOS widgets and Watch Complications.
@sjf91 Well Athlytic is an Apple Health app, so as long as another wearable writes its data to Apple Health, Athlytic can use it. For example, the Oura ring writes some data (sleep but not HRV) to Apple Health, so Oura sleep can be analyzed by Athlytic.
A few years ago I made a popular App HockeyTracker, but with the pandemic, and Hockey being somewhat maligned as an indoor sport, I decided to to build Athlytic. My vision was to take all the data available in Apple Health from the Apple Watch and iPhone and provide a detailed and robust Apple Watch and iPhone experience for serious athletes to monitor their Recovery, Daily Exertion, Per Workout Exertion, Sleep, and Energy expended and consumed. One app that could pull all of this information together and give meaningful insights based on your data. After a successful beta period, Athlytic launched in January of 2021 and I've been shipping constant updates since. The app (I hope) is designed in a way that mimic's Apple's first party apps and comes with Recovery and Exertion iPhone widgets and complications. Many more updates are planned such as more complications etc.
